Leadership Circle Appreciation Night Celebrates Donors Advancing Healthier Communities Across Southern California

AltaMed Foundation celebrated Leadership Circle members with an evening of gratitude, reflection, and art, honoring donors whose generosity expands access to care, strengthens programs, and supports healthier communities across Southern California.

An Evening of Gratitude

In 2023, AltaMed Foundation established the Leadership Circle to recognize donors who give $25,000 or more each year. These leaders are partners in building healthier communities across Southern California.

On April 17, 2026, AltaMed Foundation hosted the Inaugural Leadership Circle Appreciation Night at The Alta, the AltaMed Art Collection's new arts and cultural space in Montebello.

Guests participated in a guided paint-and-sip activity led by Los Angeles-based artist Ixchel Amor, creating watercolor gratitude trees that reflected the connections and care that define the AltaMed community.

Leadership Circle Impact

Throughout the evening, guests heard directly from AltaMed Foundation leaders about the impact of their support. Their generosity helps address needs beyond clinic walls, including innovative programs, expanded access to care, and the integration of art into healing spaces.

In 2025 alone, Leadership Circle members raised more than $11 million, funded 30 impactful programs, and helped launch new health care career pathways in partnership with the Annenberg School of Nursing.
